About Property Perfection
A Leamington Spa building company run by Lee, with over 26 years on the tools across Warwickshire.
Who we are
Property Perfection is run by Lee out of Leamington Spa. We fit kitchens and bathrooms, lay patios, redesign gardens, install Deponti verandas and take on general building work across Warwickshire.
There's no sales team and no showroom markup. When you ring, you get the person who'll be on your job. When you get a quote, it's the price you pay — and anything that falls outside it gets priced and discussed with you before a spanner is lifted.
Most of our work comes from recommendations and repeat customers — people who had a bathroom done, then called us back for the garden. That only happens if the first job was right.
How we work
We do the bits nobody sees properly
Full mortar beds under paving. Tanked wet rooms. The shortcuts other people take are the reasons their work fails in three years.
One team, start to finish
Lee is on site, not in an office. The same faces turn up every morning, and you've got one number to ring if something needs sorting.
The price doesn't move
You get an itemised written quote after a free site visit, and that price covers everything on it. If we find something the survey couldn't show, or you ask for an extra while we're there, we price it and agree it with you first — never after.
We tidy up
Dust sheets down, tools away, floors swept every evening. All the waste goes with us when the job's finished.
