Not sure what you need?

Why people book us
Lee has been on the tools for over 26 years. Most of our work comes from people who've seen a job we finished for a neighbour.
One team, every trade
Plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering, carpentry and decorating are all ours. You never have to chase a second contractor.
Fixed price, in writing
You get an itemised quote before we start, and the number at the end is the number we agreed at the beginning. If something outside that quote crops up — or you ask for an extra while we're there — we price it and agree it with you before any of it gets done.
We turn up
Agreed start dates that we keep, and a phone that gets answered. Lee is on site, not in an office.
Built to last
Full mortar beds under paving and properly tanked wet rooms. The bits you can't see are the bits that matter.
Guaranteed and insured
Every job comes with a full two-year parts and labour guarantee — one we actually honour. Full public liability insurance as standard.
How it works
Four steps. Nothing gets done or charged that you haven't agreed, and you never wait weeks for an answer.
Call or send a message
Tell us roughly what you're after. Two minutes on the phone is usually enough to know whether we're the right fit.
Free site visit and quote
We come out, measure up and talk options. You get a written, itemised price — not a number scribbled on a business card.
We book you in and get on with it
Agreed start date, agreed schedule. Same team on site every day, house left tidy every evening. If we find something the survey couldn't show, or you want an extra doing, we price it and agree it with you before we touch it.
Finished and signed off
We walk the job with you, sort any snags there and then, and take every bit of waste away with us.
